Are the baseball gloves and bats sold on BeisbolMXShop authentic?

How long does shipping take within Mexico and internationally?
Domestic orders within Mexico typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International shipping to the US and Canada takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on customs clearance.
Can I return a baseball bat if I have already used it in a game?
To maintain safety and quality standards, we only accept returns on bats that are still in their original heat-shrunk plastic wrapper. Once the wrapper is removed or the bat shows ball marks, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer glove steaming or break-in services?
Currently, we sell gloves in their 'factory stiff' condition to allow players to mold them to their specific hand shape. We provide a guide with every purchase on the best oils and techniques to use for a professional break-in.
